This page is an informative report to all interested parties on the modality of the treatment of personal data, arising from the interaction with our website www.stradedarts.it. This page contains, therefore, the information provided under article 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, regulations with regard to the Protection of Personal Data. During the site consultation, as well as subscribing, the registration may process, use, cancellation and, more generally, the processing of personal data referring  to identified or identifiable users.

PERSONAL DATA  SUPPLY AND AUTHORIZATION TO THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The treatment of personal data is referred to any personal data you notified or that we otherwise acquired within the context of our activities, as collecting , recording, storing, modifying, communicating, cancelling and spreading personal data. The information systems and software procedures required for the functioning of this  website, acquire some personal data during their normal service, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of web communication protocols. This information is not collected with the purpose of identifying interested parties, but due to its very nature, the information could lead to user identification through processes and relations with data held by third parties. The voluntary optional and explicit email transmission to the addressed mentioned in this site implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to reply to the queries, as well as the other eventual personal data registered in the message. Except for the above mentioned navigation data, the user may be asked to supply his own personal data through queries or messages to the email addresses shown in the contact pages. Failure to provide such data may be the cause of the inability to obtain the requested information.

COMMUNICATION AND SPREADING  OF PERSONAL DATA

“Registered” users’ personal data may be supplied to third parties who provide goods / services available on the site, to third parties who provide service on the IT tools, including this site as well as to third parties who analyze data for statistical purposes or activities of transportation and shipping, however, within the limits of the purposes of the processing described above. This communication can be made either to subjects allocated in the national territory or in foreign countries in or outside the European Union. The data may also be disclosed to third parties who are in charge for the maintenance of the site by the owner and under his supervision. No personal data acquired by the Web service will be treated.

TREATMENT MODALITY

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. 
Specific safety measures are taken to prevent any data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access, in compliance with the Decree Law no. 196/2003. The processing of personal data related to the web services are mainly processed by the people responsible for the website or by people appointed for occasional maintenance operations and  authorized by the owner.

RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES

The data subjects are at any time entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data relating to them are held, to know the contents and the origin, to check the correctness, to ask for integration, updating or change under article 7 Decree Law 196/2003. In accordance with the same article, they are entitled to obtain the erasure, conversion into anonymous form or freezing of all data used in breach of the law, to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of data relating to them. Fully informed under  art. 13 of the Decree Law 196/2003, regulations with regard to the Protection of Personal Data, in compliance with  article 23, by agreeing to this informative report when registering to this site:

  1. I give my consent to the processing of personal data in order to allow the service to be provided or the service requie to be performed;
  2. I give my consent to the transmission of my personal data to third parties whose activities are functionally related to the service required (either Italian or foreign companies). The data will not be provided to third parties for commercial purposes and or marketing.
